I have headaches and throw up a lot after taking ecstacy, why is that?

usually half a pill is good enough for a few hours, but if I take a full one, I can't sleep and I get a banging headache the next day. What might I be doing wrong. When I first starting taking these(3 months ago), I was able to take 2-3 a night, with no headaches. It's not the pills, the pills are good:)

No , it's not the pills ... it's your body telling you to stop. Sounds like you are getting hangovers from being high . It doesn't just happen with alcohol.

This drug is causing high blood pressure which is why you are having headaches and it will cause a blood clot... Do you understand?

You need to give yourself at least 6 hours before trying to sleep. I would recommend drinking lots of water and/or fruit juice once you start coming down. Some Vitamin C in tablet form would also be very helpful, as it is proven to cancel some of the toxicity and promote general health.

Enjoy yourself but be careful. Listen to your body and mind - their messages are usually pretty obvious ("I'm hurting, give me a break").

Also, are you drinking lots of alcahol at the same time? Stick to just the ecstasy. You'll have a better time and the hangover will be so much easier.
