I have headaches that i've had ever sence i was 12 what do i do?

im now 17 and about to be 18 next month so it would be 7 years of having these headaches. i have them 24/7. they're nonstop but they get in the way for me to hang out with my friends. I want to go to the doctor but we dont have the money or insurance to go. What should i do??? i think that i may have POTS but im not for sure cause i also have massive pain in my joints

Migraines.

Jump in shower, as hot as you can stand it. Get all hot, for more than just a minute... several minutes with water flow directly on head. when you're really hot, switch it to only cold, all cold, all at once, on your head. This is supposed to break them up, if that is what they are. Call a nurse, they can be much more specific to help you figure out what kind it is, if this does not help.
