  1. yes

  2. Go to a different clinic and tell them you don't have insurance and pay the bill at the time of your appointment.

For sexual health you can go to Planned Parenthood for free, confidential and no appointment necessary (walk-ins accepted)

Enter your zip code or state to find one in your area.

  3. Whether you pay the doctor first and submit the bill or have the doctor submit the bill, the explanation of benefits will be mailed to him.  Your best bet is getting his mail for him...

  4. Perhaps You may google it first ,however, if you like some direct resource ,here might be your choosing.http://health-insurance.expert-tip.info/...

  5. yes.....no

He'd get a bill, but no he wouldn't know why you went, just who you went to.

  6. If your dad's insurance is an HMO, he probably wouldn't receive anything if you paid the office co-pay when you were seen. If it's a PPO, he would receive the Explanation of Benefits showing what was paid to the doctor. It might be split up to show total dollars by service, like labs, x-rays, office visit but would not have any diagnosis codes. So he would know who you went to and possibly what types of service you had, but not why.
