Yes.  Frugooscape stole Jagex's game source code which is under copyright.  Therefore, Jagex is suing Frugooscape for copyright infringement.

yes this is very true they took it with out permission and for this c**p they got the chit sued out of them cause the last time i was on frugooscape was the 25th of august and it was working fine got back on the sit on the 27th of august and said wtf is going on you this guy saying hi iam tommy wong who gives a chit man about that guy   :)ava06
