  1. you run in the pool the friction causes resistance working out your body more but with less strain. it is a good workout especially during the summer


  2. Deep water running is an alternative workout I use for my injured athletes. It sucks and they hate it but it does the trick. Also, it's great for older people who can't/don't want to do laps or jog. It's very low-impact but does have an element of challenge to it since it works the core quite a bit.

  3. People put flotation belts around their waists to keep them afloat. They get in the deep end where their feet can't touch the bottom and jog.

  4. o i thought it was a breath holding strategy - when u put on a weight belt and run on the bottom of pools or in the ocean
