  1. They say it will stunt your growth but I have been drinking alot of coffee since I was 8.  Coffee can actually be good sometimes too.  It can help clear out your bowels.  But to much coffee and not brushing your teeth will stain your teeth.

    But did you know that coffee could lower your risk of Parkinson's disease, diabetes, as well as colon cancer. It can also lift your mood and relieve headaches. And is said to lower your risk of getting cavities.

    It really just depends on what study you read and how believable the info is. Coffee is like everything else ... there will always be something negative AND positive stated.

  4. Coffee has nil food value. The constituent part, caffeine, can be bad for you if you drink too much. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system and fights drowsiness. Anything taken in more than moderation is not good for you and that includes coffee.

Try to use only organic coffee as your biggest threat w/ coffee is the amount of chemicals from many sources that are in coffees and teas......try to drink only organic coffee which is grown to replenish and maintain soil fertility, reduce the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and fertilizers...and never drink decaff.

  9. I've also heard reports on the news that drinking a cup or two of coffee a day is good for you.  I've come to the conclusion that as long as the food and drink you consume is done in moderation, it's most likely ok.

  10. As with most things in life, drinking *too much* is bad for you, in that it will stain your teeth and may be preventing you from drinking more nutritive drinks. Also, excessive caffeine intake isn't good for you either, as it will disrupt your natural sleep cycle and could possibly cause undo stress on your overstimulated heart and other organs. Drinking *some* coffee, however, is good for you.
