I passed my driving test in the UK last year. I am only 21 years old. I live in Abu Dhabi and have transferred my licence to UAE licence. I want a car now. I have heard that I can rent a car in Abu Dhabi and at the end own it after 2 or 3 years. Any suggestions?

Wait... I always thought "Abu Dhabi" was someplace that folks were sent to if they misbehaved in cartoons... you mean to tell me it really exists?

That is called leasing, and at the end of the lease term if you haven't gone over mileage you can return it and walk away, or purchase the car for the worth of it at the end of the lease.  Essentially you'd be 'renting' miles.
