She says , she has seen on here where there are other people say they do not regret leaving there ex husband and some say they are glad they did. She just wishes they had never meet. He dont want any mmore kids and she does so she wants to find someone down there. I just hope see is doing the right thing can anyone help me? If there are any ladies out there that have moves from U.S. to Italy can give me some advise i would be happy.

  1. Hi,,, i am from the deep south myself,, and travel thru Italy quite often with my job,,,

I have never heard about this myself... there are quite a few Americans there.. probably looking for an Italian boy toy.... Which the guys are more than willing to be,, but they arent going to marry them,, I can promise you that!!!  Their Mommas will Not let them..

    Good luck

  2. I would tell my friend to watch out for those Itialian men,I'm not saying all but some of those men can be rough. She can find a  good man in the states.

  3. never heard that before in my life but really most ppl after a divorce become a little promiscuous. Its just natural they usually get over it.

  4. I'm Italian, and I never even heard of this...has your friend ever been to Italy before? I don't think moving here would be such a good idea, unless she has a job or some family...

It could be a good idea to take a long holiday here, just to have some fun and get over the divorce, but I think she would fare better going back to the US afterwards. Of course she could find a nice Italian man while here and decide to stay, but Italian men aren't particularly attracted by American divorcees!
