  1. That would be nice but I wouldn't count on it.  I think that is just a rumor flying around.


  2. There have been some rumblings in Congress about it, but nothing concrete. I seem to remember Nancy Pelosi coming out in favor of them a few weeks ago, but who knows what will happen when Congress reconvenes in September...
