I have high blog traffic but how do i earn money with it?

PPC advertisement doesn't really work for me... Is there any advertisment company out there that pay for impressions??

There are banner ad networks specifically for blogs that pay by CPM

One of the most well known is Federated Media Publishing  http://www.federatedmedia.net/, an ad network that represents high traffic and most influential blogs offering mostly through CPM and flat rate advertising

CrispAds http://www.crispads.com = offers keyword targeted text ads (not contextual)

AdGridwork http://www.adgridwork.com  = an advertising network offering text ads; as well as a traffic exchange network
