I have high speed internet but then its been slowing down these days, What do i do?

I have Shaw High Speed Internet yet its still slowing down

Disable programs that connect to the internet at startup for one, such as myspace im, yahoo messenger, etc. You can also run "netstat -anb" from a command prompt to see if you have excessive programs connecting to the net.

well the most probable thing is that you got a virus. Get antivirus software and scan for trojan or spyware and wat not.
