I have hip dysplasia, does that mean I will have to have hip replacement?

I'm 15 now and was diagnosed when I was around 3. I have a bunch of pins and nails that are holding my hips in place (both sides).

You might have to go and have surgery later in life, but for right now as long as everything is looking ok i think you should be fine.
