I have horrible posture, any help?

I'm 13 and I'm starting to hunch over (as told by my mother). I tend to curl my shoulders in and hunch over as if I was hiding myself from someone. How do I correct this while I'm still growing so I don't become a hunchback forever?

  1. Many posture problems are due to poor desk set up.

    1.) Your computer should be at eye level.

    2.) Your keyboard should be at elbow level.

    Just try to be very aware on how you hold your shoulders and back. Also, performing back exercises can help your poster too.  


  2. Try practicing balancing  a book on your head and walk. Also lean against the wall straight with shoulder blades touching the wall (not arching just straight) and try to keep your good like that. eventually becomes a habit

  3. There bra that help ur posture. And jus try to remember to keep ur shoulders bck.
