I have hp-windows vista printing

Question

I have hp-windows vista home, printing to hp officjet 6400,
usiing quicken 2008 delux. I'm not able to print reports from the print report screen. I can print print form the file print but this does not let me print reports.
please help me. I have no one that can. This computer I'm using for Quicken is not connected to internet. Leave detailed instructions.
