I have ice blue eyes

what colors should i use to bring them out?

I have ice blue eyes too, and I like to use a nude colored liner from E.L.F. (eyeslipsface.com).

Darker colours mostly.

Black, navy, darker (cool toned) browns, silver, light pink, nude.

It also depends on you hair colour and skin tone.

Look at celebs with the same features as you and see what make up they wear =]

I don't think that ice blue eyes can stand out anymore then they normally would. But purple or green might...

Try using darker colors around your eye. This will really make them pop.

if u go to a store and look at eyliner some of them show what color is best for your eye colour. I think the almay stuff shows on the package. I have brown eyes and I use purple eyeliner on the top and black on the bottom.

I have the same color, I like to use greens and dark greys with some dark liner. If you're not into making it so dark, just try something light and nude.
