I have ie 8 but i still can't access microsoft small business. Why?

It says i don't have the requirements for viewing the page even though i have ie8.

You will need to expand this a bit, Microsoft Small Business WHAT?  Small Business Server? Small Business Website?

If you mean small business server, it has nothing at all to do with the broswers - any browser can use SBS if the server is configured correctly.  If you mean the SBS web site features within SBS (server) then the IIS is not running on the server!

If you mean the Small Business website - once again IE8 has nothing at all to do with the issue - any browser can access the site!  Since IE8 is still a Beta product being specific in the issue is critical to get help.

Oh boy, you've gone and got the Beta IE 8?

I don't touch IE, even though I got it automatically updated to the stable version of IE 7 with Service Pack 3 for my XP!?

I use Firefox 3 and it's just fine.

Suggest you do the same.

ie8 is a beta product being tested and actually doesn't display sites properly.

You will want to click the button on your toolbar that says emulate ie7.
