  1. I dont think you should. Im planning to wait until I am finished having kids to get implants. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are going to change them a lot. Just look what it does to real b***s.

  2. Yes you should breastfeed.  Breastfeeding isn't something extra, above and beyond that you can do for your child, but your child's birthright.  Nurse that baby!

  3. thought implant breast doesn't have milk. LOL Could you actually squeeze out milk?

  4. You should breastfeed because it's what's best for your baby. It's too bad people are making such a decision based on something so vain.

  5. I would not even though it may be safe to, I suggest not because it can make your breast sag around you implant once you are through breast feeding.  But it is important to breast feed.  I never did and I formula fed my child and my breast do not sag near as much as my friend's who breast fed.

  6. whats more important your b***s or whats best for your baby.

  7. It's completely your choice... Don't listen to those who ask, 'Which is more important: your b***s or your child?' Goodness... There is nothing wrong with formula-feeding, for those who choose to do so.

I say this as someone who chooses to nurse my babies, but it was MY choice, and no stranger was going to decide for me.

  8. If it safe to breastfeed with implants. (Assuming the milk ducts weren't cut during surgery.)  If you have no other particular reason to NOT breastfeed, I would do so.

  9. whether or not you breastfeed will not make a difference in the way they look afterward. your b*****s react to pregnancy itself, not breastfeeding or not. i have a friend who has implants and her b***s are saggy afterward and she did not breastfeed.

  10. Any sagging you have will likely be related to being pregnant, not whether or not you breastfeed.

So the question is whether you want great b***s or do you want a child?

After you decide you want a child, you'll need to see if you can breastfeed.  If your surgeon cut up your milk ducts, you may not be able to breastfeed, or you may have to supplement.

If you had a great doctor and your ducts are intact, then you need to ask yourself whether great b***s or your child's health is more important.  The fact is that formula fed babies have seven times the mortality rate of breasfed babies, and there's so much more.

  11. Pregnancy is what does the damage to your b*****s, not breastfeeding. I have lots of formula feeding friends and all of them have saggy stretched b*****s after pregnancy regardless.

Ask any plastic surgeon and they will tell you the same.

  12. If you wanted to keep them nice its pregnancy you should avoid.

ALL of the sagging is caused by the development of the milk-making system during pregnancy, and the engorgement after birth, and involution when milk production stops (either within weeks of pregnancy OR when breastfeeding stops).  Both of which will happen whether you breastfeed or not.  In fact the engorgement is WORSE if you don't breastfeed.

In a recent study published in the flagship journal of plastic surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, their findings refute this longheld belief. Based on an assessment of 136 women, the authors found that other factors, such as smoking and number of childbirths that a woman has, were more significant causes of breast sagging. Breast feeding did not turn out to be a cause.

On the surface, this seems to make biologic sense. How would a child sucking on a nipple stretch out the entire breast? However, it is clear that breastfeeding does prolong the engorged size of the breast for a time period much loner than pregnancy. Does a longer engorgement phase ultimately sag the breast more than the pregnancy phase alone? Apparently not….at least according to this new study.

  13. I think the shape of your b***s are the least of your worries if it's your child. The question you need to ask yourself is "Is i want a healthy child, or good looking b***s?"

  14. Your b*****s will go back to normal. Really, time messes them up more than anything, just wear a really good nursing bra. I've nursed twice. I have A cups they get up to nearly a D cup but they went back down both times without much sagging.

  15. Ask your doctor.

But, who's more important your implants or your child?!

    People like you bother me!

  16. no because ur baby is going to pop it and you will only have one pretty boob
