  1. If you are a permanent resident in the U.S. with a green card, you need only the tourist card the other person told you about to visit Mexico.  If you FLY to Mexico, you will need to use your Indian passport.


  2. You are a legal US resident? Mexico does not give out visas. To return to the US you need to have your resident card with you.

  3. You will need a tourist visa (actually it'sa tourist card) which costs $20-22.00.  Just click on the link I have provided and it will give you all kinds of neat information in regards to Mexico itself.  A Mexican tourist visa (again, tourist card) is good for up to 180 days.  If you are flying into Mexico, the cost of the tourist card will be included in your plane ticket.
