i am indian i have indian C.D.C. and 4years experince as seaman what is prociger for nwko (ncv) cours or any other cours for my good futucher please advice me.

u can go for further education like MBA in operation managment, logistic and supply chain management, even u can do MS in naval architecture from US.YOU have not mentioned whether u have got degree or not.
