I have inflamed gums help me how to get rid of them

help u guys a have inflamed gums but i dont have gigivitis or gum desease i go to the dentist at least once amonth and they tell me everthing is normal but why are my gums like that

To some extent, swollen gums can be best prevented by maintaining proper oral and dental hygiene.  Make sure that you brush your teeth with a soft bristled toothbrush at least twice a day, it would be good too brush teeth after waking up in the morning and before going to sleep.  Flossing regularly is important as it helps remove all embedded particles left and stuck on teeth.  You can also gargle with a natural mouthwash thoroughly after each meal.  Adequate of amount of water should be taken in to help keep the mouth hydrated and salivated, as this is helpful in keeping oral bacteria in control.

i would have to say that is ginigivitis...its very common

anyways, so what youre gonna want to do is go out and buy some sterisol, its an antibacterial mouthwash that will simply kill the excess bacteria in your mouth thats irritating your gums and making them inflammed.

keep on brushing well AND flossing. if you floss properly, youll be able tor emove the food and whatever else that gets stuck in between your gumline and teeth so  its a good idea to remove it so that bacteria cant grow from that and infect your gums.

going to the dentist once a month is very often...i only go every 6 months! (which is recommended)

i cant imagine why they would say you dont have gingivits because it sounds like it.

when you brush do you find that sometimes you bleed alittle bit? if you do, then you definetly have a case of gingivitis.
