  1. here are some tips that should be useful:

    -do not eat 2-3h before bed

    -drink a chammomile tea before bed

    -do anything that relaxez you before sleeping (ex. bubble bath, reading a book, listening to music...)

    -do not watch TV or spend time in front of the comp at least and hour before bed

    -cut on stimulants (sugar, caffeine...)

    -do not think of anything stressful or exciting before bed

  3. camomile (i think thats how you spell it) tea.

  4. 3 MG of Melatonin 15 minutes before you wish to sleep. Will work wonders. Keep in mind it helps you fall asleep but after a short window does not help keep you asleep, so remove distractions and consider ear plugs if you live in a noisy place.

  5. Try to cut on caffine also at night have a warm glass of milk. If that doesnt work you can m********e. Masturbation will really help trust me on this.

  6. massage herbal hair oil at night. bath at night before going to sleep. drink milk  before sleep.  read any magine or books before sleep.

  7. Try some hot milk, honey and a warm bath...no TV before bed...read and listen to soothing music
