  3. When you say "toggle" switch it's only good for 10 amps if you were refering to something other than the comon wall switch. That's the rating for the toggle switches I have had experience with.

  4. I believe it is OK, if the power is completely interrupted by the tripping of the GFI. Better to check with your local inspector for local ordinances.

    I have an outdoor receptacle used for Christmas decorations that is only hot if switched on. It passed code.

  5. the toggle switch is not rated also depending on where the toggle switch is it  could draw moisture and cause problems
