I have installed BT home

Question

I have installed BT home hub broadband and since then Macromedia wll not open. Error message 'entry point not found macromedia.exe. It then says tries to open and gives an error message'The procedure entry point Get ProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL'any ideas? I've tried turning all security off but doesn't work.
