good reception but there is a slight stoppage in most channels at times .It is not much but how do i solve it,it is not pixelated, just a slight pause.My decoder is about 8 year old and maybe its the problem. Does anyone know how to fix this

sky's having this problem in international channels, i'm facing this problem in zee network, slight pausing and lose of sound while pics moving.
