I have interview in NRMA Insurance .what kind of role play will they ask me in d interview?pls help?

i have to go for an interview with IAG for branch customer service and sales role.they will take role play interview also? what kind of role play? has anybody given role play interview?help...!

They will probably give you an easy customer, but then the test will come with the customer that starts swearing at you and abusing you.  That's when you have to keep your cool no matter what!  I did a course like this so think of things to say like;  "I want to help you", "Please slow down so I can help you", "I will do what I can to help you"., "I want to help, explain it to me", keep up this sort of stuff, when it goes beyond then say, "I would like to help you further, is it ok with you if I put you through to my supervisor?"

I dont know much about role playing for jobs, most people like straight shooters who can do there job, I have interviewed loads of people and have always either taken to someone straight away or not at all, do your best, no one can ask anymore of than that of you, Goodluck with your interview!
