I have issues with my friend help!?

ok my friend and i have been really good friends for 3 years now. we're like bestfriends. we do everything together we go shopping, chill at eachother's houses etc. everytime she wants me to go somewhere with her i always go. i went to montreal with her, when there are parties and she wants me to go, i go with her, i go with her everywhere. But everytime i ask her to go somewhere with me, she says she cant or she has plans. Last week i really wanted to go to this bbq that my friend was having but i didnt wanna go by myself and she's like "its not worth going" all because she didnt want to go. Also, she never has any money to go out and do fun things. all she wants us to do is chill at her house and watch movies. and she refuses to get a job. im always there for her but she's never there for me. yesterday she said there was this jam happining and she wants me to go with her. but i dont think im gonna go because she never wants to go anywhere with me. so what do i do?

Yes i would go either. I would just tell her that you have plans to hang out with people who actually want to do something with me. Or i would just ignor her and hang out w. some1 elce

wow, maybe you should be busy next time she wants you to hang out. make a few more friends...it is a great idea to have @ least five that do different things...that way you have friends that do stuff with you. she is selfish & you allow her to use you.

Honestly, she probably has some amount of social anxiety.

She's fine in settings where it's the just the two of you, or where people you both know are. Or if she invites you, you have some amount of obligation to hang out with her.

Shrug.

She's probably just insecure that you'll ditch her if you're in a different social situation where you invited her.

Does that make sense?
