In your compose box click on  add BCC.   along the top.  Enter the email addresses  or names seperated by a comma on the BCC line then follow the prompts.

if it's one group, you send it to the posting address and per each members settings, they all will get it. if it's more than one group that you're wanting to send to, you could BCC but if it's off topic to each group it'll be considered spam
