I have joined Ph.D in Mathematics. So far I couldnot find Guide & any scholarships available in India.?

I have been served as a Lecturer in Arts College past 17 years. Presently I have joined in Ph.D in Mathematics(parttime) independently. Because I could not find suitable Guide in Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India. Still I am searching for guide in the field of Differential Equations. Also I want to know any sponsor scholarships available in India & abroad. I expect the help

Can you submit your Bio-profile at <[e-mail]> to know of your UG+PG as well as the specific topic within differential equations, chosen for your PhD; What other Universities have you tried to access such a Guide - did you try INRA, France, they have some scholarships in some areas of Applied Mathematics, for example Computer Security. How do you  represent your competitiveness within the subject -have you researched any Stochastic Differentials and its applications.
