I have joined a private group web site from yahoo, and cannot get on it. I have all of my verification printed

This is a Christian private web site and I cannot get on it, even though I have verification that I am a member. I have my ID and password, and everything is all printed out for my proof and privicy. How do I go about getting in the site to enter?? It will not let me! It says there is no such person as me!! HELP PLEASE! ....

at the very top of that group, there is a tab 'sign in'. if you're not signed in on the web, you will appear not to be a member- this could be the issue
