I have joined multiple groups and i recieve too many mails in a day. i want to unjoin them.?

i have joined multiple groups and i recieve too many mails in a day. i want to unjoin them but the confirmation message is hidden in those large amount of mails.what to do?

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the last column Leave group, check the box - click save changes

You can also try unsubscribing from the groups by using the group's unsubscribe e-mail address which will look something like this: [e-mail]

Here is how you can unsubscribe from a Yahoo Group:

1.Try to unsubscribe through:

2. If this doesn't work out, send an e-mail to the group owner telling him/her to stop mailing you. ([e-mail])

If these still didn't work for you try the following options:

Go to groups.yahoo.com and list My Groups.

If you go to Edit My Groups you can set them all to no mail, web only or daily digest or similar options. All in one shot. Or depart the groups of course.
