I have joint 50/50 custody of my son Can he go to two different elementary schools in different cities?

I won't to move less than 100 miles away but my son would half to go two two different schools because I don't want to drive at four in the morning to rush him to school in A different city where his mom lives. He is going in the first grade.In Aug.2008

most of you are wrong this man asked for advice not to be put down! i am in a 50/50 custody and the idea crossed my mind also ..i know i will have to make a decision either move closer to his dad or fight in court for full custody witch isnt what i want we are both good parents. i have my son in preschool here every other week his dad doesnt send him to school on his weeks he stays with his grandma not only is my son intelligent and happy he adjusted well but i am more worried about middle school its tough his emotions will kick in he wil realize whats going on and may feel stressed
