what i should i do to get my arm and body back into shape in time for tryouts?

  1. There's a simple answer: Play Catch.

    Get those muscles movin' the way you want them to! Take some laps at the nearest track, lift some weights, and do a lot of stretching.

    Basically, get your body prepared, and makes sure you remember all the little "Baseball Routines"
