I have just bought a dvd set for a show I watch. Is there a way I can get them onto my Ipod?

after  you put the vd  file on  ur coputer, ud have to covert it to mp4 format  so that  it can play on  ur ipod  and then  move the converted mp4 frmat file to itunes.  heres a link  of aprogra i use  oconvert dvds  to nmp4   it verry easyand sae  bt  it  migt  take a little  it of time.:)

Ipod video formats are H.264 and mpeg4.

Yeah, google 'DVD to ipod/or mpeg4 converter' and you should get a wide range of options. Look for one that suits you(try xilisoft) and either buy or download torrents. Freeware wont cut it for you since some give trials with like 3-15 min conversions, but you could still try to find one on sites such as downloads.com or softpedia.com. You could also convert DVD to avi and then avi to ipod/or mpeg4 which is obviously longer, but may be the only sure way to get freewares without limitations.
