The problem that I have is that when I go to Tools->Choose Toolbox Items and scroll through the lists of .NET, COM and WPF components I can see none containing the words "Winsock", "Winsck", "MSWinsck" etc. I googled this and I read somewhere, that infact it is not called Winsock on MS VB Ex. Ed. 2008 but instead it is under a Namespace; System.Net.Sockets, I then scrolled through again and could not find anything similar except "System.Net".

Wheres Microsoft's Winsock ...?

For Working with Sockets and such...?

I would greatly appreciate it if somebody can help me out, do I need to install some Winsock component to make this tutorial work for me or is this Winsock component just hiding somewhere ?
