  1. you can purchase a video sender from most retailers

im sure that most skyboxes and video senders are still running using scart output and will not be compatible with a projectors inputs( dvi hdmi and composite yellow cable inputs are the most usual on projectors)

your best bet would be to look for a video sender with composite output or you can buy a scart to composite adaptor to run composite to your projector.the scart to composite adaptor also has the red and white audio outputs for sound to either projector or sound system.

video senders are wireless and have a distance of upto 100ft they also have an infared sensor so you can turn over channels, video senders are about 40 quid.good luck

  2. thats a long way to run video cable!

it should work, however try to run it as far away from mains wiring as you can - its ok to cross a mains cable like this +

but not parallell with like this =

dont forget you are going to need to run sound too [better to have an audio amp next to the sky box and run long speaker cables rather than have the amp upsatairs [less hum pickup]

    good luck
