  2. Give them a little while to get used to their new surroundings.

  3. They are just adjusting to thier new home thats all no need to worry. Every fish (also goldfish) when put it in a aquarium they always stay down and try to adjust to thier environment, tank mates etc. Especially environment, water quality and thier tank mates. Its usual that they dont go at top to eat food for the first 3-4 days. Within a week they will adjust and accept thier tankmates. Try to give them food that sinks so that they can eat. When I first brought my blackmoors they took 2 weeks to adjust and go to top to eat. Many fish takes some time and days to adjust to thier aquarium. Goldfish takes longer time, they can take upto a month to get adjusted.

PS: Dont try to 'force' ur fish, automatically they will adjust be patient. Search the internet on goldfish care for more information.

  4. They are adjusting to their surroundings. Turn off the light. They might also be searching for food on the bottom. If they keep acting like this they could be sick.

  5. tank size?

    how many is some?

how long have you had the tank?

we really need more info before we can help you or else it's just random guesses.

  6. Maybe they are just adjusting to their new homes, getting used to the O2 level, pH level, water temp, etc

  7. if you don't have one already, get one of those little air filters that pump air bubbles into the water. Also consider a slightly larger tank...

  8. some times fish don't eat because of stress or internal parasites. Check to make sure they don't have stringy poo if they do its internal parasites.
