I have just had a Council worker round to look at a probelm with my lavatory and he said it was a problem ?

with the U Bend, I was mistified by this and " Couldn't get my head around it when I looked into it!!

Any advice!

You don't need to worry, as it is a council property they will make any repairs for you.

I have a problem with my back passage and the council won't look at it. Plus my bush is overgrowing as well.
