I have just peeled and cleaned 1 Kilo of great Australian prawns, [shrimp] what can I do?

well you can batter them, cook them in a sauce in the fry-pan, add them to a fried-rice or stirfry or have them as a side dish with tartare sause!

that is A LOT of shrimps. fry them then dip them in condense milk while theyre still hot. you see these at chinese resaurants

Uhm, lets see. I reckon you should put a few tablespoons of peanut oil in a wok, and heat. Now throw in a cup of julienne carrots (carrots cut into matchstick-like pieces, by the way) and one onion chopped. Cook until softened a little, and add in a pack of Hokkien Noodles. Stir around until the noodles are heated through, and toss in some chopped bok choy. Dont cook for too long, or the bok choy will wilt. Now in a seperate fry pan, put in 2 tablespoons of margarine, butter or peanut oil, and melt. Now add in some prawns and some garlic (fresh or bottled. Put in as many prawns as you can fit!). Sizzle until cooked. Now throw prawns AND the sause its in, into the stir-fry. Cook around for a minute or so on LOW. Serve.

If you want you can leave some prawns in the frypan to put on top of stir-fry :]

I dont know what to do with the rest!

COOK EM AND EAT EM....boil them until solid white color...chill them and eat with cocktail sauce....saute them in butter (real not margarine), garlic and white wine, eat as is or over rice or pasta with Alfredo or and light sauce....WHATEVER YOU DO EAT EM!!!!!!!!!

Make a salad using

mixed green leaves

avocado

snow peas

red onion

mango slices

Add prawns on top

Drizzle with mixture of 3parts mayo, 1part ketchup and lemon juice
