  1. not legally...but unless they [cops] notice who would care...


  2. if you are a full time student....otherwise you should change it within 90 days i think....call your local (new) DMV.. and check.

  3. you will have to keep proof that you are a student or other things that might allow you to keep things as they are.

    ask the dmv for more information.

  4. Not only a student but if you are in the military it is OK. Otherwise NO. You must get tags in the state you live in, no matter what state it is.
