  1. Not sure.

  2. UK answer.

Yes only people who are eligible to vote can  be named on the Electoral register. Up until 1929 only males of voting age were allowed to be included in the register. 1929  was the first time women were allowed to vote here in the UK as long as they were aged 21 years or over.

The electoral register was completed  in the UK for the first time  in 1832.

    Hope this helps.

  3. An adult has to complete the form for the electoral register on behalf of the whole household.  As people over 18 can vote they are asked to include young people in the house who are 16 or 17 by a fixed date in order that they do not get missed off.  I do not know anything about the USA but I imagine there must be a similar register or list of voters.  It is an official document and an offence not to complete the electoral registration.

  4. if u get a voting card, ur on it... sure u wer registerd at birth huh?

ur automatically on it when ur old enof 2 vote, thats if ur in UK, i dnt no bwt US!!

  5. Adults have to put all under 18's on it under their name
