for the past one month, i have got knee joint pain. i am slightly obese, i.e. i am 65 kgs in weight and 5.2". i am a female in the early 30's.

  1. Could be a number of things, but it might be the start of arthritis too. I'm sure you know you have to lose weight, I won't preach about that, but it will help if you do, people who are over weight tend to have more back pain and knee pain, because of the weight you are putting on your joints.
