  1. Crispy Pork Fried Rice Recipe

1 1/2 tablespoons peanut oil, divided

    2 eggs, lightly beaten

    1/2 cup chopped onion

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger

    2 cups chopped cooked pork

1 cup rice, regular or instant, cooked according to package directions

    1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce

    2 teaspoons sesame oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro leaves

Heat 1/2 tablespoon of the peanut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add eggs and tilt pan to coat the surface. Cook eggs in an even layer until cooked through, flipping halfway through cooking (about 2 minutes per side). Remove eggs, dice into small pieces and set aside.

To the same pan, heat remaining peanut oil. Add onion, garlic and ginger and cook 2 minutes. Add diced pork and cook 3 minutes, until golden brown. Add rice, soy sauce and sesame oil and cook 2 minutes to heat through. Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro.

Transfer to a serving plate and top with chopped eggs.

  2. Get a croissant, some yummy cheese, condiments and toppings of your choice and make a deadly sandwich.

  3. Go English and do a pork and apple sandwhich.

    Yum!

  4. Like the pork pie idea but what I usually do is to use it in sandwiches with hot mango chutney

  5. Make BBQ with it. Just add BBQ sauce and eat it on Buns.

  6. Lucky you.  Chop finely, add stock to which gelatine and sage have been added, make a hot water crust pastry (google it), and use the pork and stock as a filling for an English pork pie.  Allow to cool and the gelatine will set.  Serve cold.

  7. Serve it again over bread with some gravy...  Or make sandwiches... maybe hot with some gilled onions, mushrooms or peppers served on a buttered, grilled sub roll with some cheese melted over the top like a pork philly steak...  Or slice it up and throw it in a pot with some good BBQ sauce, pull it with two forks and have some pulled pork sandwiches on good toasted kaiser rolls (that's what I'd do).

You could also stir fry some chinese vegetables, add the pork to reheat it and some sweet and sour sauce. Serve with rice.

You could fry up some onions and peppers in a little oil... add bamboo shoots ... add some small pieces of pork... add some cooked rice... and have some good pork fried rice.
