I have limewire pro, i shut firewall off on my computer, but it says theres still fire wall and won't connect?

i just got lime wire pro because i used to have jsut reguar lime aire and it wasn't working because it said there was a firewall blocking it from connecting even though i shut it off on my computer, and now it says the same thing for limewire pro. and it's off on my windows, idk if there on online that i have to shut off too or something, idk, please help
