  1. Firstly clean up any spills or opened food in your cupboards etc. Try and work out where exacltly the ants are going and you should find a sticky mess at the end of it. It's best not to use sprays if the problem is in your kitchen. You can get a product called Ant Rid (i think that's what it's called) instead, which is a gooey liquid that you put in a little dish. It attracts the ants more so than what they're looking for in your cupboards, but it is poisonous so once they touch/eat it they die and the trail of little buggers should stop. After the ants clear up, make sure you don't have any other food scraps, spills, crumbs, open food packets or unwashed dishes etc. lying around and they will have no reason to return!

  2. Use a mix of cinnamon and sugar. The ants will pick up the sugar, along with the cinnamon, and take it back to their queen. Ants can’t digest cinnamon and once the queen dies from not being able to digest the cinnamon the colony will die without her.

  3. I don't know, I have the big ants lol

  4. we got the same problem here. we use to anyways.

if you have a dishwasher.....get Jet Dry with Turbo Boost. Ever since we got it we have not had one ant not even in the dishwasher! It was a fluke we stumbled across the unknown benefit of this stuff. We bought it to help remove spots off our dishes. Turns out the ants HATE whatever chemical is in it.

You have sugar ants. They also are attracted to any drop of water.

They hate vinegar. You can mix up your own solution on vinegar water in a squirt bottle and simply wipe things down.

Keep the house and kitchen very clean, leave no food crumbs for them to hunt down.

WalMart sells a great bug spray called Hot Shots. It's clear and odorless. We buy the large jug and treat the outside of our home every 2 weeks. We treat inside weekly. Take caution if you have animals.

  5. try borak soap in the powder form it should take care of them

  6. RAID. Or some other spray that kills ants.

  7. same at our place from time to time . Ant Rid is great small white bottle with red lid..Just drop a few drops along the trail and they soon go away. You can also spray outside the house with the Baygon home handyman stuff on a semi regular basis as this stops them and other critters as well

  8. ant bait does the trick and it doesn't smell like fly spray... they take it back to the nest and it kills them... or if you know where the nest is poor boiling hot water down there...

  9. try using a product called dead ant
