I have little orange bugs on my cement porch what r they how do i get rid of them??

there are a number of insect /bugs /mites they could be...just guessing they are probably nymphs of a plant bug, probably box elder bugs...red shouldered bugs or maybe milkweed bugs.  Any general insecticide will kill what you are seeing but to stop the problem , the source needs to be addressed which may be as simple as removing the host plant (not so simple if the host plant is a 40 foot box elder tree)

Raid should kill them but they will probably just come back, as bugs do.

How small?? like smaller than fleas? if so, we call them no see ums. I don't really know what they are, but they are annoying. anything will probably kill them.
