  1. I suppose you have a Visa type D from another european country, for example, Belgium. If in your visa is written that is valid for Belgium, then you can NOT travel to Germany.

    If in your visa it's says is valid for the "Schengen states", then you can travel to Germany and all countries part of the Schengen agreement.


  2. You would need to contact the german Consulate to she what is required to enter their country....

    You can find a consulate by going to www.germany.info/consulates.html  then go down to welcome and down to consulates

  3. where is your visa from? if it is a schengen visa? yes you may travel, but you must enter by the country that gave you the visa first.
