I have lost 1 of my 4 P60s. Does this mean that I will have problems when I claim Tax back before leaving UK?

I have been a international student in UK for last 4 years and worked part-time and some full time jobs.

  1. Your employer should still have record of your pay for each of the four years.  Call them up and see if they can issue a replacement P60 (which they are not obliged to).

    If they say they can't issue a duplicate, ask for a "statement of earnings" for the year you are missing, ensuring that they issue it on company letterhead, and the tax office should treat that as proof of earnings.
