I have lost my 11-14 oystercard. I dont know my reference number. What do i do now?

How do i buy a new one? I got a new application form but it said that i had to only use the form if this was the first time ive applied for one

pray. my brother lost his a week ago and my mum called up the helpline (ask for the number at a station) and they just kept her waiting for ages then said theyd ring back and didnt. you're best off buying a new one really

i'd still use that form unless there is another one you can get,

i wouldn't bother trying to track down your other one-waste of time!

i lost mine when i was ur age.. what you need to do is just start again. fill in the form and all that and just get a new 1 it dont take long to come through anyway.
