I have lost my key for plus, yahoo jukebox plus,?

when I try the help-retrieve lost key process, I get the 404 error in the browser??

for yahoo music jukebox, the key should be automatically held within your yahoo account. you shouldn't need to retrieve it.

if its musicmatch jukebox, there's an option int he menu- i think it's under Help, then Registration, and Find Lost Key.
