You should contact  the ticket counter from where you had bought the ticket with the Date & Time of your purchase along with the relevant informations and validations.

you have to contact reservation supervisor in advance reservation office and give him the detail of passanger and train number and date of journey and you will get a duplicate ticket and you have to pay a 25 % of the total amount of the ticket to get duplicate ticket.
